We are currently offering two business opportunities: OPPORTUNITY 1 - EARN WHILE YOU LEARN WITH OUR COACHING PROGRAMME This allows you to become part of our successful coaching network as a Diamond Coaching Affiliate.
OPPORTUNITY 2 - INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE WITH LEADING INTERNET COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY This recognises you are someone who is looking for an opportunity and allows you to work as an independent business associate with a leading internet, communications and media company - don't worry you don't need to be a technical expert as full training to run this home based business is provided to either supplement your existing income or develop a new income stream. For further information on this UK based business opportunity CLICK HERE When you purchase our “Coaching for Diamonds” distance learning package you also become eligible to join our Diamond Coaching Club. If you contact us we will provide you with a Membership Code. If you recommend other people to our products we give you a percentage of the sale price when they purchase. This package is the entry level product to a range of processes that we use to train people in coaching skills. We provide an Introductory Certificate in Life Coaching for completion of this material and submission of a short assessment. The other products to complete your training as a Life Coach are:
We have two routes to full qualification for the ILM endorsed award. This is how it works: Route A Route B
The costs at each stage are: The e-learning package £ 50 Attending the workshop £225 ( for 2 days ) Being coached for approx 3 hours over 3 sessions £150 Registration with ILM and Assessment £300 TOTAL £725 All above plus VAT If you buy the package of attending the 3 day seminars and workshops, we include the 3 hours coaching and the assessment and at the end you receive the distance learning package with our compliments. We run the workshops on 3 separate sessions 1 per month and the total price is exactly the same, £725. How you earn money as a Diamond Coaching Club Member. Money is received for selling on to others exactly the same package that you have received. There are two levels of Diamond Coaching Club membership; full or associate.
Full Membership. This level of membership is only open to those who have been through the full course. You earn a percentage of the sale price of the product range excluding the assessment process. For each package you sell on to others, you will receive: e-learning package sale (sale price £50) = £20 commission The three Coaching sessions (sale price £150) = £30 commission Attendance at 2 day workshop (sale price £225) = £50 commission TOTAL = £100 commission
OR Purchase of full course = £100 commission Furthermore, as a trained coach, for every 4 delegates who attend the full course we offer you the opportunity to assist on the course as a mentor coach, observing the delegates coaching practice sessions and providing feedback on their coaching skills. (This gives your own coaching skills a tremendous boost! It was a wise man who said “if you really want to learn, teach”) You to attend the course with “your” 4 delegates and we pay you £200 for coaching support. You will assist as a mentor coach on the group sessions in which delegates practice coaching each other. Using your experience you will provide them with feedback on progress and assist in mentoring the trainee coaches during this time. It is also possible that you will be offered the opportunity of providing the telephone coaching support (3 hours per delegate) for which you will be paid £30 per session in addition to the £30 commission for introduction. Associate Membership. Anyone who purchases any part of the programme but does not pass the assessments for the endorsed award can be an associate member of the Diamond Coaching Club. They will earn commission at the same level, but are not eligible to be a mentor coach on the workshops and seminars or to provide the coaching.
How It All Adds Up The potential earning from this process can be substantial. If, on your recommendation, 20 people purchase the package, “Coaching for Diamonds” you earn £400. For doing no more than saying what you think of the material! Have you ever said to someone “I read a really great book the other week, you should get a copy”? From those 20 people, if only 6 of them decide they would like to experience coaching, then you will earn another £180 – and you haven’t necessarily spoken to them again! (Remember also as a Full Member you may be asked to provide the coaching in which case you will actually earn £120 per person coached - £30 introduction commission plus £30 for each of the 3 sessions you coach them) Then if 4 people from your original 20 decide to go ahead with the 2 day workshops, you earn another £50 per person. Of course, as a Full Member, you will also be invited to attend as a support coach for every group of 4 delegates you recommend and earn another £200. Your earnings could be substantial as you develop your skills and your own coaching practice: If you are registered for VAT, we add the VAT to the figure shown Obviously, these are only examples and actual earnings could vary considerably.
